Where is parichowk, how to reach parichowk

I already made a post on 'How to reach Greater Noida Parichowk' from New Delhi, Noida or Gaziabaad. If you want more details you can simply read the article.

Now this post is only about 'Parichowk'. Parichowk is a landmark that connects Greater Noida and Noida via Expressway. When you will start your journey from Noida via Expressway to Greater Noida, the expressway ends at the parichowk only. So, don't worry if your still on expressway highway, just keep on moving straight and you will end up at the Parichowk only.

Parichowk is a crossroad which connects Greater Noida (Alpha, beta, gamma, Jagat Farm, Knowledge parks, Kasna, other sectors also).

What to do after Year Back -YB-MTU,GBTU,UPTU

Year back is a real shock in an academic career of a student. In MTU, UPTU, GBTU students are given a second chance to clear their subjects by appearing in carry over exams. Some students clear their subjects in carry over and get PCP status which is minimum requirement to study in next class and some get late to realize their situation and are not able to achieve PASS or PCP status.

Now, if you have got YB - Year Back, and if you are willing to study again in same year, you can whether choose to join as re-student or as an ex-student. In case if you appear as 're' - you have to pay the tution fees for the year and you are allowed to attend classes just like regular students, the only difference is that when you will be giving the exam you will have to fill 're-student', as your status.

In case if you select to appear as ex-student, you will have to pay only the exam fees, so in terms of money reappearing as an ex student in your exams will cost you less on your pocket. The practical fees is included in your exam fees, your old sessional marks are counted in this case.

If you have scored bad in your sessional exams, and it is impossible to cover those marks in your semester exams than you must appear as re-student.

What else you can do after Year Back -
See if you have realized your situation, and if you think that you will not be able to do B.Tech then you must consult and talk to your parents, discuss with them, discuss with them other options that you have and if there is anything else that you like, tell your parents. But if you realize that last year you did some mistakes and you have already promised yourself that you are not going to repeat them again then you can join B.Tech again.

What you must do if you don't want a Year Back -
1) Don't get crazy after any girl, you did not came to Greater Noida for this.
2) Don't participate in 'FIGHTS', students who fight for a piece of Rasgulla or get involve in someone else matter are the most stupid people.
3) If tomorrow is your exam don't drink today, better avoid it, drink after giving your exam, celebrate your hard work. Learn to control your urges.
4) Study atleast 1-2 hours daily, i am not asking 5-6 hours study, 1-2 hour study is more than sufficient. And when you study try to avoid your friend circle.
5) Do some exercises, calm your mind, believe in God and yourself.

Remember - YB is not the end of the world, it is just a failure, if you will realize this and work on your mistakes, you will be a successful person in future.

Best of luck.

No Airport for Greater Noida

An airport at Greater Noida was a dream for many. But this dream has been broken by Akhilesh Yadav Government, he has asked civil aviation officials to pinpoint a place in Agra or Mathura for airport.

An extra airport is a need near New Delhi which can reduce the load of New Delhi airport, also people from Noida and Greater Noida have to travel extra kilometers, and Airport in Greater Noida was also a need for industrial and reality sector growth.

The prices of real estates due to this fact has gone done by 30% in Greater Noida. 5 stars hotels are also build in Greater Noida, now due to the considerable distance between New Delhi Airport and Greater Noida, people will not want to come to the hotels for stay when they can get hotels near airport itself in New Delhi.

So, its bad news for business sector in Greater Noida, hope Government will reconsider everything and take some intelligent steps, instead of just making people suffer due to their old issues with other parties in Uttar Pradesh.
